A personal letter from Daylan James, owner of ENNI and Yeltuor
A refreshed look for ENNI, with the same people, service and brands you know.
Dear customers,
I wanted to write to you personally about some changes you'll begin to notice at ENNI over the coming weeks and months.
We're refreshing the ENNI identity — a stronger website, and a clearer, more consistent way of presenting ourselves in store and online. Our name stays the same: ENNI.
At the same time, our Tasmanian sister stores will begin trading under the ENNI name. They have traded as Yeltuor for over 50 years and are much loved there, and while the two names have been separate, we have operated as one business for the past 11 years. ENNI turns 50 itself next year, so this is two long histories coming together rather than one replacing the other.
Last year we asked thousands of you what you valued about ENNI, where we could do better, and which name you'd prefer to see across all our stores. You told us how much the people in our stores matter to you — the personal service, the care we take selecting our collections, and the help we give in finding the right fit.
You also told us where we could improve, particularly online: clearer sizing and fit information, a stronger website, a better delivery experience. Operating under one name lets us invest properly in these areas and create a more consistent experience whether you shop with us in store or online.
What doesn't change is everything that brought you to ENNI in the first place — the same team, the same carefully selected brands, the same considered, personal service. Your loyalty membership and rewards continue as usual, and there is nothing you need to do.
There is one change I think you'll like. Bringing our stores together means the ENNI website will carry a wider range of brands than any single store can hold. Each store will continue to range the brands chosen for it, but if you see something online that isn't in your local store, you'll be able to ask us to transfer it in so you can try it on before you buy — the choice of a much bigger shop floor, with the same people helping you find the right fit.
We'll keep you informed as these changes take place, and I look forward to sharing more of the ENNI story with you while honouring Yeltuor's history in Tasmania.
Thank you for the loyalty and support you have shown ENNI over the years. We're genuinely grateful for the community that has helped shape our business.
With warm regards,
Daylan James
