VERGE ACROBAT ESSEX PANT

The staff member went over and above what was expected, to ensure I was able to purchase the pants on the day. There. was a problem with a voucher which my daughter bought online, but was assured that I could use it in store. The online and in store systems were not talking to each other, but she would not give up until all was sorted out. I love shopping at Enni staff are always so helpful and cheerful. Thank you, ENNIE

VERGE ACROBAT ESSEX PANT

Great fabric (largely cotton) with lots of stretch and wears really well. Light weight and dries very quickly so perfect for travel.

Store owner replied: Oh no! We are so sorry about this Caroline. We usually pride ourselves on processing orders promptly and accurately, but we have obviously fallen short on this occasion. We regret that this has been your first experience with ENNI (a terrible first impression!). Our customer service team will be in touch tomorrow (if they haven't been already) and we will do our best to make this up to you. Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We hope we can make this up to you and earn a better a review in the future (if you give us a second chance). Please accept our sincere apologies for this inconvenience - we know how frustrating this experience must be. Kind regards, The Team at ENNI
